Notification of the transformation of the legal form and name of the business activity

We hereby inform you that on May 31, 2021, the civil partnership under the name: Jan Grzegorowski Agnieszka Grzegorowska JKG Transport- Spedition Civil Partnership with its registered office in Janowo (address: Janowo 2A, 86-070 Dąbrowa Chełmińska) was transformed into JKG Transport Limited Liability Company with its registered office in Janowo (address: Janowo 2A, 86-070 Dąbrowa Chełmińska), following the registration of the transformation in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Bydgoszcz.

Pursuant to Article 553 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code Act of September 15, 2000 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1526), the transformed company retains all rights and obligations of the original company. The transformation of the civil partnership under the name Jan Grzegorowski Agnieszka Grzegorowska JKG Transport- Spedition Civil Partnership into JKG Transport Limited Liability Company constitutes only a change in the legal form of the business. This transformation will in no way negatively impact the obligations between the Parties.

In light of this legal provision, all our previous obligations will be fulfilled by JKG Transport Limited Liability Company, with its registered office in Janowo. As of the date of the company’s registration in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, i.e., from June 1, 2021, all correspondence, including documents such as VAT invoices, should be addressed to JKG Transport Limited Liability Company, with its registered office in Janowo. The company’s bank account numbers, address, tax identification number (NIP), and REGON remain unchanged.
